Animal Farm is a 1980 film directed by Timothy Hill. It is based on the 1946 novel of the same name by George Orwell. The film stars Douglas Fielding, Paul Scofield, Jill Balcon, Griffith Jones, Tim Brooke-Taylor, Alan Stamford, Peter Ustinov, Patrick Stewart, Richard Pryor, and Louise Gold.

The film was released on December 28, 1980, and was praised for its effects, acting, music, and its overall adherence to the book, and during the Stacker era, was considered "the last great Johnson Studios movie".
