Blue J logo (Johnsonverse)

The Blue J logo is used by Johnson Industries to represent the company and its subsidiaries. It has seen two incarnations; the first between 1862 and 1967, and the current version used since then.

Before 1968, illustrations were used to represent the many Johnson subsidiaries. In one of the earliest examples of brand unification, the Blue J replaced those illustrations in July of that year.
