Katherine Fallon Locklain (b. August 29, 1983) is an American actress, producer, director and fashion designer. She is a first cousin (once removed) of Sheldon Johnson, Jr., and is best known for originating the character Paula in the film and series adaptation of the 1994 video game EarthBound, portraying the character between 1997 and 2001.

Locklain began acting in 1990, with her first role being as an extra in the film Mother. In 1996, Locklain was selected to portray Paula in the EarthBound film, for which she received an Academy Award for Best Actress.
