Larry Jebediah Crock is an anthropomorphic green crocodile created by Randy Perkins for the Ludicrous Limericks series of cartoons. He is Chocodile's rival who constantly attempts to convince him that he should be eating humans, not fraternizing with them, and also attempts to woo over Chocodile's love interest, Cherridile.

Since his inception, Larry has seen

Development

With the success of "The Brown Crocodile", Perkins wanted to create a rival to Chocodile who wanted to steal Cherridile's heart and attempt to convince Chocodile to eat humans rather than be friendly with them, but always fails.

Mel Blanc, who voiced Chocodile, was also cast as Larry, using a gruff voice for the character similar to later Warner Bros. character Yosemite Sam, with the loud tone of fellow Warner character Foghorn Leghorn; by 1987, his voice had become too weak to handle Larry's loud gruffness, and as a result, voice actor Jeff Bergman was hired to voice the character in various projects, including Who Framed Roger Rabbit (1988), though Blanc voiced Larry one last time in the short "Larry Cup", released posthumously in May 1990. Bergman has voiced Larry ever since.
