Little Orphan Annie is an American series of theatrical short subjects, based on the comic strip of the same name. It was produced by Johnson Studios, and ran from 1934 to 1940. The shorts followed the adventures of the title character, portrayed by Shirley Temple, and Daddy Warbucks, portrayed by Lon Chaney, Jr.
