Noah Devin Howe (b. December 12, 2000) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He currently drives the #0 Sega/Craftsman Aston Martin DB11 Superleggera for Delma Cowart Racing in the NASCAR Panasonic Cup Series, and won the series' championship in 2019, becoming the youngest driver to win the championship in that series at the age of eighteen years, eleven months, and eight days, beating the record previously held by Bill Rexford in 1950, and the youngest champion in any NASCAR national league, as well as the first rookie to win the championship in that series.

Before moving up to the Panasonic Cup Series, Howe raced in the Arby's Convertible Series in the #35 Sega/Chicken Ranch Chevrolet for Chicken Ranch Racing in 2017 and 2018, winning the championship in the series in both years. During his 2019 championship run, Howe earned the nickname "That Howe Boy" after NASCAR on WBC broadcaster Ken Squier referred to him as such throughout the season.
