Earnhardt-Childress Racing (ECR) (formerly Richard Childress Racing) is an American professional stock car racing team that currently competes in the NASCAR Cup Series and the NASCAR Xfinity Series, formed in 1969. The team is based in Welcome, North Carolina, and is owned and operated by former drivers Richard Childress, Dale Earnhardt, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., and his sister Kelley. In the Cup Series, the team currently fields six Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE teams: the No. 1 full-time for Martin Truex, Jr., the No. 3 full-time for Austin Dillon, the No. 8 full-time for Jeffrey Earnhardt, the No. 30 full-time for Tyler Reddick, the No. 31 full-time for Ty Dillon, and the No. 48 full-time for Kyle Larson. In the Xfinity Series, the team currently fields five Chevrolet Camaro teams: the No. 1 full-time for Michael Annett, the No. 2 full-time for Myatt Snider, the No. 3 full-time for multiple drivers including Austin Dillon, Ty Dillon, Martin Truex, Jr., Jeffrey Earnhardt, Tyler Reddick, Daniel Hemric, Kyle Larson, and Dale Earnhardt, Jr., the No. 7 full-time for Justin Allgaier, and the No. 8 full-time for multiple drivers including Josh Berry, Miguel Paludo, and Sam Mayer. ECR has had at least one car successfully qualify for every Cup race since 1972, the longest such active streak, and is known for the longstanding use of the number 3 on its primary race car.

In addition to its in-house Cup Series teams, ECR has several technical alliances and partnerships with other teams. In the Cup Series, it is allied with Trackhouse Racing Team and StarCom Racing, while Kaulig Racing enjoys a technical alliance with the team in the Xfinity Series. Beyond this, RCR also has collaborative agreements with Beard Motorsports, although these are not technical alliances.

In 2009, it merged with Dale Earnhardt, Inc. to weather the effects of the Great Recession.
