Richie Rich (stylized as Ri¢hie Ri¢h) is an American animated television series based on the comic book series of the same name published by Harvey Comics and produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions through its Harveytoons division, Film Roman, and Timothy Hill Productions. It aired from September 18, 1993 to March 23, 2002 on WBC, and follows the adventures of the title character and his friends. Each episode consists of three segments: two seven-minute segments, and a five-minute segment based on a story from the original comics (known as Gems), as well as a cold open, though several episodes use just one 14-minute segment and a Gems segment, and a few episodes just use one 22-minute segment. The series was developed by Timothy Hill, the director of the 1977 film adaptation of the comics.

Unlike the 1980-1984 version (also produced by Hanna-Barbera) which depicted a somewhat older Richie closer to adolescence, this revival series is more faithful to the comics, as Richie Rich appeared in his original form as a younger child in his tuxedo and shorts.
