Sarah Cynthia Locke (b. February 28, 2005) is an American actress and voice actress. She is best known for voicing the character Mitzi Mozzarella Jr. in The Rock-afire Explosion, an animatronic band for the ShowBiz Pizza Place chain of restaurants.

Born in Kenner, Louisiana, Locke was selected to voice the Mitzi Jr. character in a national audition in February 2015.

In 2015, Locke was announced as the voice of Mitzi Jr., after Mitzi Sr.'s original voice actress, Shalisa Sloan James, refused to return, believing herself "too old" to be a role model for little girls. Locke was selected in a national audition from over 1,000 girls, and reportedly didn't expect to be chosen for the role.
