Tamara Jo Johnson (née Chalke) (b. June 6, 1967) is an American entrepreneur, actress, and singer who is the First Lady of the United States; she assumed office on January 20, 2021. She was President of Johnson Industries from October 23, 1991 to September 30, 2009. From 2011 to 2019, she served as the First Lady of California.
Her greatest claim to fame is as the creator of Detective Jenny; in addition to that, Johnson earned a Ph.D in education from the University of California, Berkeley in 1998. She was also an actress, portraying the role of Lisa Terrance in the television series
