Would like some assistance

As you are aware, I'm assisting other wikis in a technical capacity, and I'd be happy to lend my expertise to your wiki, If that's acceptable, do let me know. GethN7 (talk) 22:45, 11 September 2018 (UTC)

Honey, I'm Home!

Alright, down to business:

First, we'll need to migrate all pages and media from the FANDOM version over here. I see you've already got NASCAR on WBC and Belle Armstrong migrated over, which is a good start.

Second, would it be possible to promote me to my station from the FANDOM version?

And finally, I'll notify the remaining admins on the FANDOM version of the Miraheze version.

Tbomb Has Arrived

Hey, just wanted you to know I will work on both wiki & miraheze versions of DifferentHistory. I have tried to get you unbanned but as expected Wikia is it's typical incompetent self. --TbombTheAltHistorian (talk) 20:29, 14 September 2018 (UTC)

Logo contest

The tire's just a placeholder. I'm thinking we do a logo contest. Trevor807 (talk) 01:08, 15 September 2018 (UTC)

Pictures Being Uploaded

Some of the pictures you're uploading are just plain weird. Like, the picture of Daniel Johnson on the main Johnsonverse page is some guy with a mohawk, the picture of Jonathon Johnson is apples, the picture of the Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Space War logo is an illustration of a bald guy, and the picutre of the first issue of the Detective Jenny comic on that page is some band in Europe.

Seems like you're uploading pictures with filenames that are identical to the originals.--BNSF1995 (talk) 04:05, 20 September 2018 (UTC)

KSJ Channel Number

WBCs Bay Area affiliate KSJ is actually on Channel 8; Channel 5 is KPIX, the CBS affiliate. In OTL, Channel 8 is KTSF, a station that mainly airs Chinese and Japanese programming (KTSF doesn't exist in the Johnsonverse), and Channel 5 is still KPIX. --BNSF1995 (talk) 07:24, 19 October 2018 (UTC)

I don't know

I think I like short-haired Ronnie better than ponytail Ronnie. I mean, over half the team has ponytails now, and that doesn't make for very good hairstyle diversity. --BNSF1995 (talk) 05:20, 24 October 2018 (UTC)

Would you believe me when I say I’m actually at Disney World right now? This is why I haven’t been editing these past few days. I say this in light of the WDW page made for the Johnsonverse.

When I get back home, I’ll look over what needs to be edited or added to.—BNSF1995 (talk) 23:14, 19 November 2018 (UTC)

What's the Simpsonverse?

I just saw a new page belonging to something called the "Simpsonverse".

What is it? Was it inspired by the Johnsonverse? --BNSF1995 (talk) 20:20, 26 May 2019 (PDT)

Re: Griffin Spier

Yes, I unsubscribed because he stopped doing NR2003 videos. I have an NR2003 offline season that is dependant on One More Spark cars, and now that that series is dead, well... --BNSF1995 (talk) 19:53, 4 June 2019 (PDT)

Re: Simpsonverse CoT

I don't get it. It's just the Approved Body Configuration introduced in 2003. --BNSF1995 (talk) 00:08, 5 June 2019 (PDT)

Re: Lend-Lease

Lend-Lease came about by a desire to see unique cars and drivers. The name came from the fact that these teams lease equipment from NASCAR, things like jacks, tire guns, fuel cans, and the HANS device; they're on their own when it comes to the car itself, tools, tires, and sponsorship. --BNSF1995 (talk) 16:07, 11 July 2019 (PDT)

Re: Hartman

I haven't figured that out yet. What I do know is that it was all anyone could talk about for several weeks. --BNSF1995 (talk) 17:26, 7 September 2019 (PDT)

The New Detective Jenny Designs

I love them. I really do. It looks like something Toei or TMS would make in that era (I do kinda miss Jenny's vest, though). As a result, I've retconned the old designs as being used only in the first eight issues of the original comics (and not the six AKOM episodes in the first season, though those episodes are still poorly-animated; I recommend watching the Transformers episode "Carnage in C-Minor" to see how bad it is), as well as in The Kids of Hills Beach to fit its artstyle better.

I did have to make some changes regarding voice actors, though. In my head, I've come to associate Kristen Schaal as Louise. In fact, in the Johnsonverse, she was cast as Louise Belcher on Bob's Burgers specifically as an in-joke for Detective Jenny fans. And that there's a running gag in Hollywood where, if Tara Strong is voicing on a series, Alanna Ubach guest-stars in at least one episode, and if Alanna is voicing in a series, Tara guest-stars in at least one episode. For example, an episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic has Twilight Sparkle meeting her childhood penpal from Mexicolt who is voiced by Ubach. The reason for this is because the Jenny/Makayla duo has become so ingrained in pop culture as one of the holdovers of "Jennymania". They are, after all, one of the most iconic fictional duos, ranking up there with Laurel and Hardy, Abbott and Costello, Batman and Robin, Laverne and Shirley, Mulder and Scully, Vincent Vega and Jules Winnfield, Chandler and Joey, and Sherlock Holmes and John Watson. --BNSF1995 (talk) 00:26, 19 January 2020 (PST)

Have you ever noticed how TTG tends to teach very bad stuff? For example:

  • "Pyramid Scheme" encourages kids to commit Ponzi schemes
  • "Staring at the Future" teaches that responsibility is the worst thing ever, and that if your friends are responsible members of society, their lives are horrible and you absolutely must screw them over
  • "Artful Dodgers" basically says "cheaters always win"
  • "Mas y Menos" encourages glory-hounding and showboating
  • "The True Meaning of Christmas" states that Christmas is about getting presents and nothing else; the Titans even blow up Santa's workshop when he preaches the true meaning of Christmas
  • Several episodes are anti-intellectual, stating that intelligence is fatal for your health; one episode in particular states that intelligence makes you a insufferable, judgemental, overly-critical who no one wants to be friends with
  • "Boys vs Girls" is all about sexism, and teaches that cooties exist
  • "Hot Salad Water" preaches blind American nationalism by portraying the United States as the greatest nation to ever exist and demonizing the United Kingdom as an evil empire seeking to use tea to bring the US back under colonial control
  • "Hot Garbage" encourages hoarding, a very serious psychological problem
  • Many, many episodes teach that "committing crimes to get what you want is okay and even cool"; notice how the Titans make better villains than they do heroes

In the Johnsonverse, the creators of TTG were members of a major national crime ring seeking to use the show as a recruitment tool by influencing impressionable children to become criminals, anarchists, and/or otherwise ignorant. They figured that disguising their pro-anarchy propaganda as a children's show with bright colors and loud noises wouldn't attract suspicion. What they didn't count on, though, was Christina Miller using TTG as a weapon for her conservative agenda, scheduling it in such a way as to deprive other shows such as Adventure Time, Regular Show, and Steven Universe of ratings to justify cancelling them due to Miller finding them inappropriate (Adventure Time for tackling mature subject matter, Regular Show for its violence and raunchy humor, and Steven Universe for normalizing LGBT relationships). Her ultimate goal was to cancel all shows not named Teen Titans Go, then replace the cancelled shows with ones she deemed appropriate, such as low-budget, low-effort shows, shows that talk down on their audiences, and Canadian imports; just about the only thing she wouldn't touch was Adult Swim (and Toonami), since kids wouldn't be up that late.

Eventually, Tim Johnson caught on to Miller's game, and fired her and bought the remaining 50% of Cartoon Network. He and Chloe visited Warner Bros. Animation to find out why such horrible morals were being broadcast, and uncovered the crime ring.

In the following weeks, TTG was cancelled, its remaining episodes burned-off on an early Sunday morning slot right after Adult Swim signed off for the day, then the series was banned and treated like The Cool Adventures of Chocodile. The writing staff and creators were arrested, and the crime ring quickly fell to raids by the National Guard. --BNSF1995 (talk) 16:26, 3 February 2020 (PST)

Well, it's pretty interesting. A Breadwinners episode involved our two "heroes" trying to date-rape a girl in summer camp.

Re: I’m at Texas Motor Speedway

Nice. Trump will be at the 500 in the Johnsonverse, too, but WBC is gonna hold its tongue because Tim doesn't want to politicize NASCAR.--BNSF1995 (talk) 16:38, 15 February 2020 (PST)

When I came up with EarthBound 2: Invasion back in 2012, these were the designs for Ness, Paula, and Jeff I had in mind (this is concept artwork in-universe; also, I didn't draw these because I can't draw for shit):

Re: Also

That's not the only big NASCAR news today. The 2021 Busch Clash will be run under the lights, on Daytona's road course configuration, using the Gen-6 car (the Next Gen car will make its competitive debut in the Bluegreen Vacations Duels that week). This won't happen in the Johnsonverse.

As for the single lugnut, that won't be a vetoed idea, but an idea of Tim's to make the cars more relevant to their street-legal counterparts than the current tires used in the Johnsonverse NASCAR (I should also point out we're still in the middle of a Tire War in the Johnsonverse, so the new single-lugnut wheels will make next year's Speedweeks very, very interesting).--BNSF1995 (talk) 11:40, 4 March 2020 (PST)

About Parasite's Best Picture Win

What do you think of it winning Best Picture? Do you think it's the actual Best Picture of the year? Because if you haven't seen it, you really should.

Re: Mary Kay Bergman

I wanted to inject some behind-the-scenes drama. In the Johnsonverse, Bergman left a suicide note requesting that Tara take over voicing Jenny (the note also said "Take care of Mack for me", referring to Alanna Ubach and the name Jenny uses almost exclusively to address Makayla, just as the latter almost exclusively addresses Jenny as "Jen"). Besides, when the pilot was made in 1993, Tara was only 20, and didn't become a voice-acting staple until her star-making role as Bubbles in The Powerpuff Girls.--BNSF1995 (talk) 18:55, 7 March 2020 (PST)

I rewrote Madoka

I thought my original draft for the movie was shit, so I made a new version of it. It now has a completely different plot, storyline, themes, and characters (except for the main one). It'll now be sort of a teen comedy. Though I did recycle a few elements from the original draft. Feel free to edit it.

Thank u, next, Eiji (talk) 16:39, 19 March 2020 (PDT)

I see what you did here. You basically split the old LJM concept from The Kids of Hill Beach (and by extension, Detective Jenny), kind of like the Concept Division Chuck E. Cheese's underwent in the Johnsonverse. --BNSF1995 (talk) 23:16, 28 March 2020 (PDT)

The New Design

There are things I like and don't like:

THINGS I LIKE: The sleek new look, the new logo, and the background

THINGS I DON'T LIKE: In regular mode, the text is black, and against the background used, it makes things hard to read. It should be white to make it more legible.

It's overall a nice design, but not without its problems. Just something to keep in mind, because I have no idea how to work the MediaWiki:Common.css page.--BNSF1995 (talk) 22:53, 13 April 2020 (PDT)

Re: Chocodile's New Design

The first one. The suspenders make him look like a Mickey Mouse ripoff, which was something Johnson was consciously trying to avoid when designing him.

Also, Larry is green, taller, and meaner-looking than Chocodile. For Solomon, I always had Percival C. McLeach from The Rescuers Down Under when envisioning him.--BNSF1995 (talk) 19:10, 20 April 2020 (PDT)

Start Your Engines

I really like what you are going for in Start Your Engines. Are you going to continue it?

Yes, I will. It's inspired by One More Spark.

So what’s the next what if Trevor?

There will be plenty of those. Every what-if Griff incorporated for OMS will be included, and there will be even more like Bobby Allison, Rodney Orr, and Chris Trickle vs. Kurt Busch. I'm also combing through the Jayski team charts on the Internet Archive.

Mother Poster

I like it, but the Sontaran is too modern.

Realistically, they would've looked like this, since the BBC would want to keep costs low, to which they would reuse the Sontaran costumes from "The Two Doctors". --BNSF1995 (talk) 13:46, 17 May 2020 (PDT)

Excellent... --BNSF1995 (talk) 14:03, 17 May 2020 (PDT)

Would You Be Interested in a Merger?

Start Your Engines is very, very similar to my own NR2003 Alternate History mock season over on Sim Racing Design, and has many of the same what-ifs.

The biggest part, though, is a team called Pacific Coast Racing, a small, one-car team that nevertheless is considered a top-tier team. What sets them apart is two things: their ingenuity, and their unwavering loyalty to Chrysler. They're a team as old as NASCAR itself, having run a Chrysler in the 1948 Modified Division season, and then in the Strictly Stock Series the next year. They've always run a Chrysler-made vehicle, be it Dodge, Chrysler, or Plymouth, each with a colorful nickname:

  • 1949-1950: Unidentified 1947 Chrysler ("Bulletproof Bomber")
  • 1951-1952: Unidentified Plymouth ("Blue Bonnet")
  • 1953-1957: Dodge Coronet ("Maximum Lung Cancer")
  • 1958-1960: Plymouth Savoy ("Bulletproof Bomber II")
  • 1961-1964: Plymouth Belvedere ("Ford-Buster")
  • 1965-1969: Dodge Coronet ("Rolling Liquor Store")
  • 1969-1971: Dodge Charger Daytona ("Flying Wedge")
  • 1971-1977: Dodge Charger ("Yellowjacket" 1971-1975; "Ronald McDonald" 1976-1977)
  • 1978-1980: Dodge Magnum ("Runt of the Litter" in preseason testing; "Clifford the Big Red Car")
  • 1981-1987: Dodge Mirada ("Mean Green Dodge Machine"; referred to as a Dodge 600 after 1985 to keep the car legal in NASCARs eyes)

As you can tell, I, too, started in 1987. PCR is made up of fictional names, all of whom I'm sure you'll recognize:

  • From 1949 until a career-ending crash at the season finale at Jacksonville in 1964, PCRs driver was Sheldon Johnson
  • After he retired, his son, Sheldon Johnson Jr., took over, racing until retiring after the 1980 season
  • In 1981, PCRs Modified Division driver, Dennis Malone, took over the car
  • In 1988, Sheldon Jr.'s son, Tim Johnson, will take over the ride
  • 1989 will see Chloe Johnson join in a second car
  • Belle Armstrong will follow in 1991
  • As will Jenny Smith in 1993

In 1988, Chrysler will return to NASCAR in full, with these models:

  • 1988-1996: Chrysler LeBaron
  • 1997-1998: Dodge Avenger
  • 1999-2003: Dodge Intrepid
  • 2004: Dodge Stratus
  • 2005-2009; 2014-2018: Dodge Charger
  • 2010-2013; 2019-present: Dodge Challenger

So far, I've run seven races in 1987. Here's who has won thus far:

E. Busch Clash: Darrell Waltrip

1. Daytona 500: Buddy Baker

2. Goodwrench 500: Jim Sauter

3. Miller High Life 400: Dale Earnhardt

4. Motorcraft Quality Parts 500: Dennis Malone

5. TranSouth 500: Bill Elliott

6. First Union 400: Dennis Malone

7. Valleydale Meats 500: Terry Labonte

The next race is the Sovran Bank 500 at Martinsville.

So, here's what I'm proposing: I run the races and take pictures, and you provide the paint schemes and history changes. Does this sound like a good proposition? --BNSF1995 (talk) 16:19, 20 May 2020 (PDT)

You misunderstand. I'm talking about merging our timelines, not teams. You can still have Kennedy Racing, but I'd prefer PCR to remain its own entity. --BNSF1995 (talk) 16:57, 20 May 2020 (PDT)

Excellent. I'll start making a page for the 1987 season. --BNSF1995 (talk) 17:12, 20 May 2020 (PDT)

In 1987, Dennis Malone was #02. As for the normal drivers, Tim Johnson is #80, Chloe Johnson is #60, Belle Armstrong is #85, and Jenny Smith is #69. --BNSF1995 (talk) 19:49, 20 May 2020 (PDT)

Can I join? I got an idea for a team, Odyssey Motorsports. It was supposedly going to be run by a few Atlanta Braves players but never ran. Maybe we can do something with this idea?

Trevor807 (talk) 20:57, 20 May 2020 (PDT)

Sweet! I’ll keep looking through Jayski’s news archives.

It says in the news archives for January 1997 that Tommy Houston may have gone up to Winston Cup in 1997 for a team called Victory Motorsports. Maybe we could do something with this idea?

Trevor807 (talk) 21:01, 20 May 2020 (PDT)

Re: Templates

I think I'd better explain the mods I had in mind:

  • 1987-1988: Aero88
  • 1989-1996: Cup90
  • 1997-1998: Cup98
  • 1999-2002: Cup2000
  • 2003-2010: Default Cup
  • 2011-2013: NWS11
  • 2014: BR Gen 6
  • 2015-2016: BR Gen6 2015
  • 2017: MENCS17
  • 2018: MENCS18
  • 2019: MENCS19
  • 2020-onward: NextGen4

As for the templates, I'll get them to you, as well as a link to where you can get the NWS11 mod, seeing as SRD discontinued it several years ago. I still have your email from when I sent you NR2003. --BNSF1995 (talk) 21:47, 20 May 2020 (PDT)

Just checking that the email I have on file for you is current. I've collected all the templates I believe we'll need (I'll send the NextGen4 templates at a later date), plus the NWS11 mod and its associated templates.

There are a few oddities you may notice:

  • Included are templates for Pontiac and Honda for BR Gen6 2015, plus Pontiac layers for MENCS18. This is because in Start Your Engines!, I see Pontiac not going bust in the Great Recession, and eventually returning to NASCAR in 2015. Note that I couldn't find any Pontiac templates for MENCS17 or MENCS19, same with Honda, but since the templates use layers, it wouldn't be a stretch to take these layer parts and apply them to other templates; the creator of NextGen4 has created Honda and Pontiac templates, plus Nissan and even Tesla. The default NextGen4 mod, representing the 2020 season, depicts several teams having switched to Nissan, these being Front Row Motorsports, Rick Ware Racing, and Gaunt Brothers Racing.
  • Templates for the Chrysler LeBaron for Aero88 and Cup90 are included. The Dodge Avenger template for Cup90 is actually a template I made myself by combining the Avenger layers with the existing Ford Taurus template. I intended for the Intrepid to be introduced in 1999, and there is indeed a Cup2000 Intrepid template included. As for the LeBaron templates, what if other teams besides Pacific Coast Racing made the switch in 1988? I envision Petty Enterprises making the switch, as well.
  • The NWS11 mod also includes Sprint Cup carsets for 2011-13, courtesy of the NR2003 Encyclopedia.

And that's pretty much it. Again, confirming you haven't changed your email address since I sent you a copy of my NR2003 install? --BNSF1995 (talk) 19:09, 22 May 2020 (PDT)

Why not add in like Aston Martin, Porsche, Cadillac, Audi, BMW and more?

First off, why not create an account? It's quick, easy, and above all else, free. Second, it's a matter of templates. The only Cadillac templates I've found are for LMPV2 and ICR, neither of which I plan to use (though depending on how long it takes for people to make carsets, I might kick over to ICR from 2020-onward, instead of Next Gen 4). Third, there are quite a few BMW templates, but it feels like overkill. Finally, there aren't any templates for Aston Martin or Porsche, at least not outside of touring car mods. --BNSF1995 (talk) 20:07, 22 May 2020 (PDT)

Though you could create Aston Martin, Audi, and Porsche templates. Maybe throw in Jaguar for good measure.

And now, for an appropriate reaction to the first paint scheme Trevor made for this timeline:

Re: Retirement

2018. In 2019, it was all fresh faces at PCR: Tim and Belle's twin son and daughter Andy and Katie, Andy's girlfriend Suki Honda (the first Japanese-American woman in NASCAR), and Katie's girlfriend Kelly Walker. Yes, as you can tell, homosexuality sort of runs in the Johnson family these days, be it the Johnsonverse or Start Your Engines. --BNSF1995 (talk) 16:21, 24 May 2020 (PDT)

They enjoyed very long, very prosperous careers. And were born in 1969 (Belle and Jenny spent quite a few years in the Busch Series until PCR could afford to field more cars in Winston Cup). --BNSF1995 (talk) 16:27, 24 May 2020 (PDT)

Sheldon Johnson Jr. took over upon Manny Brown's retirement in 1996, effectively turning PCR into a family operation like Petty Enterprises and Wood Brothers Racing. He briefly debated renaming it to "Johnson Motorsports", but decided the PCR name was historically significant to replace. --BNSF1995 (talk) 16:41, 24 May 2020 (PDT)

We won't need a Windows 7 computer: --BNSF1995 (talk) 18:50, 24 May 2020 (PDT)

Re: Question

Belle's sponsor is Sprite, and Jenny's sponsor is Dickies.

Also, Mopar doesn't sponsor Tim forever. Eventually, around 1997, Fanta starts sponsoring him, the same year Capcom leaves Chloe and is replaced by Makita.

Very few drivers have the same sponsor their entire career; that Jeff Gordon still had Axalta (DuPont's successor company) when he retired is amazing. --BNSF1995 (talk) 19:30, 24 May 2020 (PDT)

Ultimate NASCAR features

Trevor, how about we go a little more in depth about the features in Ultimate NASCAR?

We Have a Problem

Tim's 1989 paint scheme was the wrong template. I tried putting it on a Cup90 car, but it didn't fit. I tried all four models included with the mod (Chevy, Ford, Pontiac, and Oldsmobile/Buick), but none of them fit. Then I tried putting it on an Aero88 Buick/Oldsmobile model, and it fit perfectly. By comparison, Chloe's 1989 paint scheme was a perfect fit on a Cup90 Ford.

It would appear you used the wrong template. Not trying to put you down, as it's a really good paint scheme. It's just the wrong template for the wrong mod, as I already made Tim's 1988 car; though I may just adapt the 1988 scheme for 1988 since my own scheme looks subpar compared to yours. --BNSF1995 (talk) 20:11, 25 May 2020 (PDT)

I mixed it up, and I apologize. It can be adapted though.

Did you email me twice asking to put a picture of Jenny Smith on her page? The second email said you were banned from FANDOM for a year, which made me suspicious because I thought we abandoned FANDOM for Miraheze after they shut down a bunch of wikis like Crappy Games Wiki and Terrible TV Shows Wiki. Also, it showed your username as GT66 instead of your real name.

Did you actually do this? If so, why? And if you didn't, I think your email may have been compromised, to which I highly suggest changing your password. --BNSF1995 (talk) 17:36, 30 May 2020 (PDT)

Re: Big News

I saw the leaks last night. I'm thankful we're finally getting a new Cup Series venue after ten years, but part of me can't help but ask why the Superspeedway and not the Fairgrounds. Either way, this is one change that won't be in the Johnsonverse, because Dover's September date was already given to Mid-Ohio, and to give the June Dover date to Nashville Superspeedway would mean abandoning Dover altogether. --BNSF1995 (talk) 15:10, 3 June 2020 (PDT)

NASCAR Johnsonverse

Why don’t we expand more on the lower series’s in NASCAR in the Johnsonverse like BGN, Supertruck, Dash Series, Convertible Division, etc?

Re: More Than 4 Models in NR2003

I wouldn't chance it. Besides, there's no way a 2002 Mercury Sable with zero factory support would be viable, especially considering Mercury shut down in 2011, and the use of such a car would probably violate, like, ALOT of rules.--BNSF1995 (talk) 19:25, 11 July 2020 (PDT)

Body rules could be greatly loosened. So it could be legal. And since we’re doing this in a game, the AI could be evened out so a 2002 Sable could still be decently competitive. Maybe make the field bigger while we’re at it. So are we going with this idea BNSF1995?

He doesn't want to chance it. Plus, you can't have more than 42 cars without a very specific exploit.

Trevor807 (talk) 19:35, 11 July 2020 (PDT)

We could modify the game files to make the field bigger. So it could work Trevor. Do you agree with me? Just imagine the possibilities.

I just asked this question on Sim Racing Design.

It’s possible Trevor, but it has to be done in winmip.

Mapping of Continental Rail

Driving to and from Tahoe this past week inspired me to start mapping Continental Rail in earnest, namely the lines that don't exist in real-life. I started with the West Valley Spurs since that's what I know best.--BNSF1995 (talk) 22:10, 19 July 2020 (PDT)

Could you make the background a different color because it hides the white text or make the text a different color?--Μπέλα2006 (talk) 11:47, 6 September 2020 (PDT)

2021 Cup schedule

What races will we add on the 2021 Cup schedule?

Please give me the rights of what other users have

Please. ItMeansNothing (talk) 08:25, 22 September 2020 (PDT)

I'm making a timeline for myself called Wageverse. It includes existing characters from other media and some ones I made up. What is your opinion on it? ItMeansNothing (talk) 08:55, 22 September 2020 (PDT)

I decided to make Clancy Gilroy an actual being in Wageverse. He lives in Thermapolis, a city in Wageverse.

Maybe I can help paint cars for Start Your Engines!.

If you want to, just email me at and I'll forward it to BNSF1995. Just put effort into it. Hopefully you can make a better #01 MBNA Chevy for DW than my attempt. He doesn't mind it, but I don't see it as acceptable.

Trevor807 (talk) 16:57, 22 October 2020 (PDT)

What do I need to do to start painting cars?

Simple: just get GIMP. Download the skins. You'll figure out how to do one in no time.

Trevor807 (talk) 17:02, 22 October 2020 (PDT)

Maybe you can show me that first attempt to make the #01 MBNA Chevy so I have a basis to start on.

I downloaded GIMP. Now how do I download the skins?

Not that hard, actually. Look at the car models and search "(insert mod here) skins".

Trevor807 (talk) 17:42, 22 October 2020 (PDT)

Where do I download the skins?

The correct term is actually "template". They're everywhere, but I recall sending Trevor a .rar file with a boatload of them. Unfortunately, I have no access to it at the moment because it's on my old computer, and I don't have a USB-USB networking cable yet. --BNSF1995 (talk) 17:55, 22 October 2020 (PDT)

Okay, just forwarded the templates.

Trevor807 (talk) 18:04, 22 October 2020 (PDT)

Maybe you can give me my own team in Start Your Engines!.

If you want your own team, go start your own timeline. What would be called, and what would be the make, number, sponsor, and drivers?

Trevor807 (talk) 16:21, 31 October 2020 (PDT)

I mean adding a team in your TL for myself.

The team will be called Kelman Racing and basically act as PCR’s B-team (think the Toro Rosso to PCR’s Red Bull).

Yeah, I doubt he'll let you do that. Plus, so much has already been established.

Trevor807 (talk) 16:56, 31 October 2020 (PDT)

Well, I don't know. I actually think it's a good idea for users to contribute teams to the timeline. It's just, Ryan Kelman's ideas are borderline-insane. --BNSF1995 (talk) 17:34, 31 October 2020 (PDT)

Hopefully he’s learned his lesson by now.

Trevor807 (talk) 17:45, 31 October 2020 (PDT)

Yep, I now have.

I really want to trust you, and indeed you have proven you don't want to edit-war with him when he undid your edit about Buick still attempting to field sedans in NASCAR.

Trevor807 (talk) 17:52, 31 October 2020 (PDT)

I’ll use the #86 as my number.

I’m fully done with the edit wars.

I’ll have Walmart as my sponsor and I will be driving.

Provided your parents don't get mad; BNSF1995 used his real name before his parents forced him to stop using his real name on the Internet. Tim Johnson in the Johnsonverse and Start Your Engines used his real name, with the former even using BNSF1995's face. Also, AK Racing already has Walmart.

Trevor807 (talk) 17:42, 2 November 2020 (PST)

I’ll have AT&T sponsor me.

Okay, so when does Kelman Racing begin?

Trevor807 (talk) 17:45, 2 November 2020 (PST)

How about mid 1987?

Hmm... if BNSF1995 lets you, maybe very late into the season.

Trevor807 (talk) 17:47, 2 November 2020 (PST)

Maybe have me debut at Watkins Glen, it’s my home track after all.

I'll ask him. Also, who's sponsoring Jeff Burton in 2008?

Trevor807 (talk) 17:49, 2 November 2020 (PST)

Now we’re pretty much ready to go all in.

Provided he approves, of course.

This wiki

How do we get more people to join this wiki Trevor? I like this place to be a little more active so to speak.

We've had people from the Reception Wikis here from time to time. Just spread the word.

Trevor807 (talk) 10:28, 6 December 2020 (PST)

What Reception Wikis?

All of them. Crappy and Awesome Games Wiki, Awful and Greatest Movies, Best and Terrible TV Shows, and Rotten and Fresh Websites.

Trevor807 (talk) 10:33, 6 December 2020 (PST)

Can you give me more advice?

Edit wars are not tolerated on those wikis. And being annoying isn’t tolerated there either.

Trevor807 (talk) 06:41, 7 December 2020 (PST)

In terms of adding more people, I mean.

I guess it just happens.

Trevor807 (talk) 07:04, 7 December 2020 (PST)

Auto Club

Maybe we can move Auto Club to the season finale? December’s are still warm in California and the pandemic will likely be over by then.

It’s been set in stone. Plus, why wouldn’t Daytona be the finale? The 500 is the true start of the season.

Trevor807 (talk) 11:05, 9 December 2020 (PST)

Maybe move Daytona back by a week and have Fontana be the second to last race?

Again, how can we retroactively change the schedule as the season progresses? Auto Club will be on the 2022 schedule, but not on 2021.

--Trevor807 (talk) 12:41, 9 December 2020 (PST)

Things can change.

This isn't an excuse. Now please stop being annoying for once.

Trevor807 (talk) 14:46, 9 December 2020 (PST)

Maybe I can help make schedules for Start Your Engines!.

The Start Your Engines! schedule is in my hands. --BNSF1995 (talk) 17:54, 10 December 2020 (PST)

It always helps to have help so you don’t have to do everything.

He’s fine doing it on his own.

Trevor807 (talk) 14:12, 11 December 2020 (PST)

I promise. I’m fully done with the edit wars. I mean it.

Prove it. If BNSF1995 removes something and you undo it, this means you haven't changed one bit.

Trevor807 (talk) 20:24, 11 December 2020 (PST)

Trust me. I’m done.

Can you make it to where people can upload images through URL?

If you don't know how, here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the additional settings
  2. Click "media"
  3. Click "enable File Uploads Through URL ($wgAllowCopyUploads)" and "enable File Uploads Through URL on Special:Upload ($wgCopyUploadsFromSpecialUpload)"
  4. Submit

Pandemic in Johnsonverse

I severely doubt that the COVID-19 pandemic is as bad as it is in OTL in the Johnsonverse.

Trevor807 (talk) 21:48, 14 February 2021 (PST)

Johnsonverse roster

Going on a 117 race winless streak can convince you to leave.

Danica had a better chance of ever winning the championship IOTL than such a scenario does playing out.

Start Your Engines!

I uploaded the pages for the Cups Series from 1992-2021 for Start Your Engines!. Edit away!

And by that I mean add the team/driver chart and the schedule for 1992-2021.
